Personal Training for Over 50 in Las Vegas

The goal after 50 isn't a beach body. It's carrying your own luggage, getting off the floor easily, and still hiking Red Rock in ten years.

What changes after 50 — and what doesn't

Recovery takes longer and joints have opinions. What doesn't change: muscle responds to training at every age. The work is the same principles applied with better judgment — strength, balance, and enough load to matter without wrecking you for three days.

What Dave trains for

  • Strength you can use: stairs, luggage, grandkids, getting up off the floor.
  • Balance and fall prevention — trained on purpose, not left to chance.
  • Load-bearing work that supports bone density.
  • Mobility for hips, shoulders and ankles so movement stays comfortable.

Training around what hurts

Replacements, arthritis, an old back injury — Dave coaches around them and coordinates with your physician or physical therapist. He is a coach, not a medical provider, and won't pretend otherwise.

Why in-home works well here

No parking lot in July, no waiting for a machine, no one watching. Just a coach in your living room twice a week with a plan that gets slightly harder each block.

How it starts
