I have been coaching for over twenty years, and the single hardest thing to explain to someone over the internet is what it feels like to actually be coached. So I stopped explaining it. You can have seven days of it for free, and you do not need a credit card to start.
What the seven days are
Every morning you get one workout — I call it your Play. It is built for the day actually in front of you: the equipment you own, the time you have, the joints that hurt, and whatever you did the day before. If you tell me you have 25 minutes and a pair of dumbbells, that is what the workout uses. If your back is flaring up, the workout works around it.
Along with the daily workout you get:
A short video for any movement you have not done before
Nutrition guidance that does not require a spreadsheet
Habit and progress tracking, so week two is built off week one
Direct messaging — and you are always told whether a reply came from me or from my assistant
Day by day
Day one is setup and your first workout. Ten minutes of questions, then you train.
Days two and three are where most people quit on their own programs, so those days are deliberately short and repeatable. Consistency beats intensity in the first week, every time.
Days four and five get harder because by then I know what you can handle.
Days six and seven are the honest part: you look back at what you actually completed and decide whether this is how you want to train.
What happens after day seven
Nothing automatic. There is no card on file, so nothing charges. If you want to keep going, the app is $9.99 a month and you cancel whenever you want. If you want more than an app, we talk — that could be online coaching with me, or if you are here in Las Vegas, private in-home training.
Who this is not for
If you want a 12-week PDF you download and never open, this is not that. If you want someone to promise you 30 pounds in 30 days, I am not going to do that either. This is coaching: a plan, adjustments, and someone paying attention.
Start your free seven days or book a free consultation if you would rather just talk to me first.
