I have watched clients spend three hundred dollars a month on supplements while sleeping six hours and eating 60 grams of protein a day. Supplements are the last ten percent. Here is how I would spend money on them, in order.
The order that makes sense
Protein, if you are not hitting your intake with food. Cheapest fix for the most common gap.
Creatine monohydrate, the most studied performance supplement there is, and inexpensive.
Vitamin D, if you are indoors most of the day or your bloodwork says so.
Whatever your doctor tells you to take. That outranks everything on this list.
What I do not push
Fat burners, detoxes, and twelve-bottle stacks. If a product promises a result that training and food cannot produce, it is selling hope.
Narrow it down in seven questions
I built a short quiz that asks about your goal, your training, your diet and your budget, and returns three picks — one primary, one support, one optional. Not a shopping list. Affiliate links are disclosed where they exist.
The part nobody wants to hear
Sleep, protein, steps and a program you actually follow will out-perform any stack you can buy. The supplements are there to support the work, not replace it. If you want the work handled, take seven free days and I will build it for you.
