Executive Fitness in Las Vegas: Training That Fits a Real Calendar

How I train executives and business owners in Las Vegas — schedule-first programming, in-home or on-site, at $249 every four weeks plus sessions.

By Dave Vaughan

The executives I train do not have a discipline problem. They have a calendar problem. A 6am flight, three back-to-back meetings, a dinner that runs past nine — no training program written for a normal week survives that.

How this is different

I build the week around the calendar first and the workouts second. That means:

  • Sessions at your home, office or a private facility — no commute, no waiting for a rack

  • A short travel version of every block, so a hotel gym or a hotel room still counts

  • Recovery, sleep and food guidance aimed at energy during the workday, not just body composition

  • Everything in the app between sessions, so the days I am not with you still have a plan

Where I train clients

Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, The Ridges, Red Rock, Southern Highlands and the surrounding valley. In-home is the most common request, followed by on-site at the office.

What it costs

The Executive Fitness coaching rate is $249 every four weeks. Private sessions are $125–$200 depending on the package. Retainers are quoted after we talk, because an executive who travels three weeks a month needs a different structure than one who does not.

What happens first

A free consultation. Fifteen minutes, no pitch — I ask about your schedule, your history, your injuries and what you actually want, and then I tell you honestly whether I am the right fit. Sometimes the answer is the app instead, and I will say so.
