Most corporate wellness is a lunch-and-learn and a discount code nobody uses. If you are going to spend money on your team''s health, spend it on something they will still be doing in March.
What a program looks like
On-site sessions at your office or facility, scheduled around shifts
Small group training, which is where most people stick, because they show up for each other
App access for every employee, so the people who cannot make the on-site time still have a program
A kickoff assessment so the program is built for the group you actually have, not a brochure version of it
Why on-site works
Adherence is a logistics problem. If the training happens where people already are, at a time they are already there, attendance roughly doubles compared with a gym benefit they have to drive to.
Pricing
Quoted per program, based on headcount, how many on-site days a week, and whether you want app access for everyone. Smaller teams often start with one on-site day and app access, then add days.
Getting started
Tell me your headcount, your location and what you have tried before. I will tell you what I would do and what it costs.
