15 meals a week – ALL ORGANIC- $199

10 meals a week – ALL ORGANIC – $150

There is a $20 delivery charge.

Monday

Breakfast: Steel Cut Oats topped with Blueberries and Turkey Bacon

Lunch: Veggie Burger with side of Carrot Sticks

Dinner: BBQ Turkey Meatloaf with side of Green Beans

 

Tuesday

Breakfast: Egg White Omelet with Green Peppers & Tomatoes, Bagel with Low-Fat Cream Cheese

Lunch: Chicken Wrap with Spinach, Tomatoes, Onion with Yogurt Ranch Dressing

Dinner: Veggie Pasta with Green Side Salad

 

Wednesday

Breakfast: Spanish-Style Breakfast Burrito

Lunch: Greek Chopped Veggie Pita with Eggplant, Tomato, Green Pepper with Yogurt Ranch Dressing

Dinner: Chicken Picatta with side of Broccoli

 

Thursday

Breakfast: Whole Wheat Waffle with Peanut Butter and Raisins

Lunch: Sausage with Sauteed Peppers and Onions served with side of Polenta

Dinner: Whole Wheat Spaghetti with Turkey Meatballs with Green Side Salad

 

Friday

Breakfast: Breakfast Sandwich on English Muffin with Egg, Cheese and Sausage

Lunch: Tomato Soup and Slim Grilled Cheese

Dinner: Salsa Chicken served with Spanish Style Brown Rice and Broccoli
